The description said “sauna” but once there we were informed that the sauna was only open during winter season and for an extra fee. The description said “luxury toiletries” but nothing luxury about a simple tiny soap wrapped in plastic or the tiniest shampoo bottle (no conditioner) and a plastic shower cap wrapped in plastic. Also quite disappointed that there was nowhere in the room or bathroom to dry anything. After a day out in the rain, there was no way to get clothes dry for the next day. Thinking the need to dry clothes must be even greater during fall and winter seasons. The description said “bathrobes” but there were no bathrobes. The kettle in the room didn’t have any cups or spoons to go with it so no use trying to make coffee or tea plus the actual coffee and tea was missing as well.

Brutta esperienza a causa del comportamento scorretto e arrogante del referente dell'albergo. Dopo aver prenotato quattro stanze matrimoniali, aver pagato la caparra del 50% ed aver ricevuto regolare conferma scritta della prenotazione, nella quale si confermavano i letti matrimoniali, troviamo l'albergo chiuso perché la segreteria aveva registrato solo la seconda notte. Il referente dell'hotel al telefono è arrogante e scortese. Abbiamo trovato letti singoli invece che matrimoniali perché, secondo il referente, due letti singoli, appaiati uno accanto all' altro, costituiscono un letto matrimoniale. "E le lenzuola e le coperte matrimoniali?" "Non le abbiamo!" Le camere sono fredde e la ragazza alla reception si limita a dire che lei non può accendere i termosifoni. Il referente si nasconde dietro comunicazioni telefoniche o email. Dopo la rabbia rimane solo la delusione per una persona che ha imbrogliato otto clienti pur di raccimolare soldi. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

L'unica pecca, per il mio stile di viaggio ( lavorativo e legato a orari sei miei clienti) , è stato il cek-in alle 16 e non prima. Il motivo penso sia legato al fatto che in quelle zone sia bassa stagione. Ma mi sono organizzato ed alla fine ho fatto a modo. Per il resto , è una bella struttura, con parcheggi, nel centro di tarvisio, posto legato ai classici luoghi di villegiatura di montagna, quindi ho visto che vicino all'hotel c'è una funivia per lo sci, e li nell'hotel ho visto molte bici che penso noleggino, ma non sono sicuro perché il mio soggiorno era legato a ben altro. Inoltre intorno è tutto boschi e prati ecc, un bel posto al confine austriaco. L'hotel è comodo, con ascensore, con stanze belle grandi e bagno spazioso. All'igresso troverete prima della reception , un bel bar tutto in legno e attaccato il buffet per una prima colazione , che era inclusa, straricca di dolce e salato. La somma non era poco, però non so i prezzi che corrano adesso lassu, ed inoltre sicuramente un po saranno aumentati dal mio ultimo soggiorno, prima del covid, in altra struttura. Nel complesso, essendo in centro, comodo di parcheggio, accogliente e con un bagno spazioso , ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Se poi ci si va in vacanza, senza essere di corsa e rilassati, sicuramente si potra' rimanere ancora più soddisfatti inquanto ho visto che all'esterno è predisposto di pizzeria / ristorante / bar .

Ero già stata in questo albergo qualche mese fa e ci sono tornata perché mi ero trovata molto bene il personale e sempre attento e molto gentile la stanza pulita e ben tenuta sopratutto la pulizia e la cosa che mi e piaciuta di più.posizione molto comoda e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Albergo piccolo, scomodo e soprattutto sporchissimo, abbiamo trovato delle formiche sotto il letto e la notte ce le siamo trovati nel letto, camere con travi che arrivano sul letto infatti il mio collega di lavoro si è rotto la testa perché si è alzato di notte e ha sbattuto la testa, camere strette e nn idonee. Bagno con box doccia rotti e acqua che arriva con il contagocce, pulizie fatte tanto per farle, ci sta polvere ovunque, Reception inesistente, ci sta una ragazzina dalle 7 della mattina fino alle 10 dopo colazione se vuoi parlare con qualcuno purtroppo niente. Siamo arrivati lunedì sera alle 20 e ci hanno fatto trovare le chiavi chiuse in una busta di carta appoggiate su una finestra esterna scrivendo un foglietto scrivendo queste sn le vostre stanze. In poche parole accoglienza zero, e purtroppo siamo stati anche offesi dal proprietario che ci ha chiamati terroni del c...., Le stanze puzzano di vecchio, l abbiamo segnalato al proprietario e lui ci accusava che fumavamo e invece noi nn abbiamo nemmeno il vizio del fumo, alla fine si è arrabbiato e ci ha offesi e ci ha cacciati senza fare niente. Se ti dimentichi le chiavi dentro come e successo a me, loro nn vengono ad aprirti se ne parla il giorno dopo. In poche parole bruttissima esperienza.
